Our client is both developer & contractor
They wish to appoint a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee €55M residential scheme in South County Dublin – 100 houses + 100 apartments, 2-3yr program
Previous residential experience with either Main Contractor or Developer is essential
Reporting to Construction Director
Typically €180K – €220K with full package
