Site Manager (greenfield) Naas

Our Client is a national construction company
They have requirement for an experienced Site Manager new manufacturing / industrial project in Naas
Greenfield site you will oversee the groundworks enabling works utilities etc
Two to three year programme, you will come from Main Contracting background (building or civil) with experience taking similar sized project (€50M+) out of the ground and involved with structural build
Trade or degree qualified
Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force
Previous experience large-scale groundworks, Water/Wastewater pipelines/Utilities etc
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with the specification
Demonstrate a high degree of responsiveness
Ensure health and safety best practices are being followed at all times
