Our client is an established medium sized national construction company
They have requirement for Site Manager to take over a large scale commercial project from shell & core to completion
The programme is 9 to 12 mths
Coming from building contracting background you will oversee all day to day site activities
Track record as Finishing Foreman or Site Finishing Manager on various projects
Ongoing work in North Leinster – max project value c€50M
to €75,000 with car/allowance + fuel card + package
