They wish to appoint seasoned Site Manager for upcoming building project in Ennis

Value €35M
Either main contracting or development background you will have large-scale building and/or residential experience. Oversee all daily on-site operations for project, ensuring construction adheres to quality, health and safety regulations, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing materials, liaising with clients, and driving project from start to completion. Previous residential construction experience preferred, strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills
€85K – €95K with full package
