Job Description
Our client is an established builder developer
They wish to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee building works in Midwest
Projects vary in size from €5M+ to include in-house residential, industrial, life sciences, education, healthcare etc
Your team will consist of Project & Intermediate QSs
You will report to Group Commercial Manager
Ideally 10yrs + post graduate experience working with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers having successfully delivered large scale building projects €20M+
This is a long-term highly lucrative position with defined career progression
