Senior QS – Greystones – Hybrid
Job Description
Our Client is an established national construction company
They have a requirement for Sr QS €50M Design & Build commercial project in Greystones
The program is 2yrs – you will be both home & site based
Ideally 7+ yrs experience coming from Main Contracting background
Appropriate 3rd level qualification with relevant cost management & procurement experience
Contract administration, subcontractor mgt & previous claims experience would be advantageous
Reporting to Regional Commercial Director your team will consist 2/3 QSs
Salary typically €85K to €100K DOE with car/allowance, fuel card, excellent contributory pension scheme, VHI, project related performance bonus etc
