Job Description
Our client is both a Developer & Main Contractor
They are due to undertake €35M mixed project in Cabra
Project is part new build, part refurbishment & conservation
Site based 2yr program
You will lead the commercial team, cost reporting, hands on with client
Ideally looking for Diploma / Degree qualified seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor
Public contract experience would be helpful but not a prerequisite
Salary to €145K with full package
