Our client is both developer & contractor
They wish to appoint a Project Manager to oversee €50M residential scheme in South County Dublin
100 houses 100 apartments 2-3yr program
You will manage the execution, schedule, and deliverables for this project
Previous residential experience with either Main Contractor or Developer is essential
€150K – €180K with full package
