Senior Engineer – Waterford

Our client is Contractor Developer based in south east
They wish to appoint Senior Building Engineer to manage the technical build new commercial project in Co Waterford. You will work closely with Project Manager Site Manager & Design Team. You will manage two setting out engineers.
Manage, monitor, co-ordinate and deliver engineering function to meet project objectives. Responsible for the effective control and flow of all technical information required on the project. Health & Safety in line with company policies and procedures. Supervising Setting out, levelling and surveying the site; QA, temporary works checks, temporary works co – ordination. Supporting the Project Manager and the wider team to provide technical advise on the project. Establish and maintain procedures with, consultants, client and subcontractors for information flow, RFIs, Submittals, meetings, and reporting. Mentor the engineering team on the project to assist the team to develop their technical skills
Salary €75 – 85K dependant on experience
