Alpine Recruitment is seeking a Senior CSA Engineer / Project Manager for an established T1 Contractor in Dublin, Ireland. Job Description:

Oversees civil, structural, and architectural aspects of manufacturing projects, combining engineering expertise with project management skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review detailed plans and specifications for civil, structural, and architectural components of manufacturing projects. Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that CSA components align with project specifications and quality standards. Address design or construction issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, working to optimize costs while adhering to quality standards. Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, drawings, reports, and records. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration of CSA components with other project elements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients or project stakeholders. Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (M Degree preferred).
  • Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification.
  • Substantial experience in CSA engineering, with a focus on manufacturing projects.
  • Proven project management skills, including the use of project management software.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software, and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant manufacturing regulations and safety standards.
