Job Description
Our client an established national construction company who undertake building & infrastructure projects up to €100M are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to manage building projects in South West
Contract management of multiple traditional Employer Design & Design and Build projects in Cork / Southwest
Manage, monitor and support site management teams – PMs + CMs
Programme, quality standards, budgets and tender margins
Work with Estimating Team, Programmes, Prelims , appoint subcontractors, value engineering, H&S
Project Delivery Pre & Post Commencement
You will be Cork based reporting to Regional / Construction Director
Six figure salary negotiable with various bonus schemes, car, pension, VHI etc
