Quantity Surveyor – Roscommon
Job Description
Our client is a building contractor developer looking to hire an Intermediate QS with 1-5yrs exp for ongoing projects in the west / midlands area
Initial project in Co Roscommon has 2yr program both civil + new build
Reporting to Sr QS duties will include:
- Preparing budget estimates, bills of quantities, and monthly cost reports.
- Assessing interim valuation payments and reviewing project variations.
- Assisting with tender and contract documentation.
- Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying/construction economics
- QS experience working on building and/or civil projects with a main / subcontractor
- Team player, problem-solving skills, computer literate
Salary to €70K with package including car fuel card pension VHI etc
