Salary:           €65K – €80K (DOE)

Alpine Recruitment have partnered with a growing Tier 2 Irish-based construction services company who seek to appoint x2 Project Quantity Surveyor in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Description – Project Quantity Surveyor
Manage project cost aspects, collaborate for budget compliance, conduct cost analysis, and provide financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee: Cost-related aspects of construction project, from initial estimation to final accounting.
  • Collaborate: Work with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Deliver: Provide financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Procurement: Facilitate procurement processes, securing materials and services cost-effectively.
  • Negotiate: Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement cost-saving strategies and adapt project plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
