Job Description
Established construction company are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee €40M hotel project close to Guinness
Position is mostly site-based with hybrid available
Previous Main Contracting and/or Developer experience managing large scale commercial projects is required
Previous hotel experience would be advantageous
From initial groundworks to handover is approx. 18mths.
25 bedrooms per floor, high specifications.
