They have a requirement for PM to oversee €30M mixed use project in Stillorgan
Part civil, new build, fitout;
Client facing, Liase with design team / architect, manage the design flow, oversee site team, program, EHS
This development is due to commence in the new year with 1yr program
Defined career advancement to Contracts Manager upon project completion
Reporting to Construction Director
Top line c€150K with full package
