MEP Manager – Wexford

Our client is a national construction company

They wish to hire Senior MEP Engineer / Manager for ongoing projects in the south east including residential, commercial, life sciences, education etc

Key responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Technical Services function across live site projects

Oversee MEP Services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction thru Construction & Commissioning

Manage MEP team

Serve as the primary technical point of contact between client teams, MEP design consultants, local authorities, and site

Ensure all building services installations strictly comply with statutory regulations, Irish Building Regulations, IS 10101, CIBSE guidelines, and project specifications.

Manage M&E design information flow

HSEQ

Requirements:

Third level qualification in M&E or Trade

7+ yrs in building services, main contractor preferred

Deep technical knowledge of MEP building systems, HVAC, electrical power distribution, commissioning management, and building automation (BMS

Proficiency reading CAD drawings, reviewing BIM/Navisworks models, and technical submittals.
