Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Kildare

Our client is an established construction company who undertake commercial & residential projects nationally
Both a developer & main contractor
Projects include housing, apartments, aparthotels, hotels, local council, healthcare, academia, fitout etc
They have a requirement for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Ideally 2+yrs experience working with Main Contractor and/or Developer
Assist in the management of the commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of the project.
Assist with tendering/estimating.
Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
Conduct cost and risk analysis.
Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
Assist with project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
Assist with project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
Provide monthly valuations and certs.
Assist in agreeing final accounts
Reporting to Senior QS + Commercial Director
