Our client is an established construction company
They are looking to recruit an experienced office-based Estimating & Pre-Construction Admin
Supporting the Estimating & Pre-Construction teams your responsibilities will include:
- Performing all office based administrative activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all office staff to work easily and quickly and without disruption.
- Work closely with Estimators, Pre-Construction Managers and the wider Pre-Construction team to produce accurate and persuasive bids
- Assist with the production and co-ordination of tender documentation on a variety of projects and construction framework submissions
- Understand the project scope.
- Prepare a baseline Project Control System aligned to the project requirements.
- Populate all PCS sections with information provided by relevant team members..
- Manage document control for the project during the tender & preconstruction phase.
- Create and manage project specific documents and ensure fluid communication with wider team.
- Manage and distribute information received from client and subcontractors
- Previous experience as an office administrator within the construction sector would be beneficial
