Electrical Contracts Manager – Cavan

Our client is an established specialist construction company offering traditional contracting and bespoke modular building solutions in Ireland and throughout Europe. They are looking to hire an Electrical Contracts Manager to be based in head office 3 days p/w and travel to Europe 2 days p/w
You will be either an Electrician or Electrical Engineer with the following skillset:
Contracts Management & Project Management
Client facing
Construction programmes & planning
Resource Allocation
Work closely with Operations Director & Construction Director
Duties will include short-term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing electrical engineers/electricians and subcontractors, ordering materials, providing technical advice, and keeping a close eye on project spend to ensure profitability.
You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained. Help oversee aspects of the electrical packages on the project including installation of all HV and LV services and electrical project commissioning.
Previous experience with M&E / HVAC specialist contractor would be advantageous

Salary circa €100K + package + bonus
