Job Description
Our client is an established construction company
They are looking to recruit experienced PM looking to move into Contracts Management role or current Contracts Manager
Projects include commercial & residential predominantly
Office based 3 days p/w roaming site role 2 days p/w
Manage range of projects, lead the office team also
Work alongside Construction Director with a Defined pathway to Construction Director in time
Position may suit PM/CM in early 30s or early 40s relevant experience ambition
All in package circa €140K
