Our client is a national construction company
They wish to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects in Cork & Co Cork
Projects include life sciences, high density residential, hospitality, fitout etc
Standalone €10M projects to multi-phase multi-million euro projects
Ideally looking for seasoned Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager coming from contracting background with an established Main Contractor
