Conservation Site Manager – Dublin

Our Client is an established contrsuction company who build multi-sector projects nationally incluidng specialist projects i.e. restoration & conservation

They will undertake a 1yr conservation project in Dublin starting Q1 2026

Duties include:

Ensure project meets necessary standards for conservation, quality, and safety.

Supervise trades like stonemasons, carpenters, and other specialists

Oversee the repair and upkeep of historic facades

Coordinate daily tasks, managing material resources efficiently, and resolving any on-site conflicts or issues promptly

Site safety & compliance

Required:

Proven experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or lead tradesperson, often with a background in restoration, conservation, or specialist construction projects.

Salary to €80K with full package
