Civil Engineer / Manager – Sydney Parade / Elm Park – Dublin 4

Our client is a national building & civil engineering contractor
Wish to hire Civil Engineer Manager or Site Agent to manage a 2yr project beside Elm Park / Sydney Parade in Dublin 4
Project – new access road, roundabout, road works, bus corridor, foot paths, and all associated works
The project has been subbed out completely – your role is effectively both Senior Engineer & Project Manage successful delivery ensuring compliance with contract requirements, all relevant health, safety, quality environmental standards.
Your project is one of six other civil & building projects in same overall project.
Stakeholder management acting as main point of contact with all 3rd parties including the client, regulatory bodies, utility companies, general public etc
Labour/subcontractor coordination and management
Experience in the coordination of temporary works and traffic management would be an advantage
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
5+yrs relevant experience building or civil
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Package €100K with car/allowance, pension, health insurance, profit share etc etc
