Our client is a national construction company
Wish to hire Project Manager to oversee 5 individual commercial projects combined value €25M in Booterstown Dublin 4
Part modular build, fitout, new build, civils, demo
Relevant building contracting project/site management experience
Client facing, design management, HSEQ
Your site team consists of SM, SE, Foreman x2, QS, QA/BCaR
Available as 1yr fixed term contract or permanent position whichever is preferred
€150K plus car/allowance, pension, VHI etc
