Site Manager – Inchicore
Job Description
Our client national builder is looking for seasoned Site Manager to take overall day to day responsibility for standalone 150 unit development in Inchicore
Reporting to on-site PM and a visiting Contracts Manager the site is effectively yours to manage, from brownfield thru to completion, 150 apartments 5/6 storeys with underground carparking. Site team will consist of engineers, QS, foremen, finishing foremen, site admin, BCaR etc
Ideally you will have previous Residential / apartment experience
High-rise – RC Concrete – Groundworks – Determined No. 1 on site
Salary with guaranteed yearly bonuses to €115,000 + full package
