Site Manager Kilternan
Job Description
Our client is national construction company
They wish to appoint Site Manager for €50M high-end residential project close to Kilternan easily accessed by either M50 / N11 / Enniskerry Rd
- 2yr program both low-rise apartments & combination detached semi-detached houses, brownfield site with enabling works
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations
- Manage direct labour workforce & various sub-contractors
- Work with and manage the site management team
- Ensure workmanship is carried out to the required standards
- Deliver project milestones on time
- Produce accurate reports, site diary etc
- H&S, QMS and other regulatory matters
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
Requirements
- Hold relevant construction, trade and/or engineering qualification
- Main contracting experience preferred
- Previous residential / development construction projects experience essential
- Analytical, technical, self motivated, driven
- Knowledge of building regulation and certification standards
All inclusive salary to €110K + car/allowance, VHI, pension etc
