Senior Engineer – Cherrywood
Job Description
Our Client is looking to appoint a Senior Engineer residential D&B project in Cherrywood apartments houses. Lead on-site technical activities, ensuring project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage setting out engineers, loading their loggers, checking their works, advising them on look ahead, etc. Call off concrete, rebar, drainage, service, etc,
- Help the PM and SM liaise the various trades, groundworker, formworker, brickies, etc.
- As built surveys. Inspections and observations including the Design Teams.
- Your team will consist of 3 setting out engineers reporting to PM
- Defined career path towards Project Manager within 18mths
Salary typically to €80K with 15% bonus + car/allowance + full package
