Civils Groundworks Site Manager – Mayo

Our client is Galway based developer and main contractor

They have requirement for experienced Foreman / Site Manager to manage all civils groundworks external works for building projects in Mayo

Oversee daily site operations, leading teams in excavation, drainage, foundations, and utility installation, while ensuring safety, quality, and project schedules are met.

Key requirements include 5+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge of groundworks, and supervisory skills for residential building or civil projects

Directing groundworkers and plant operators, enforcing H&S regulations

Managing site clearance, deep drainage, pipe laying, concrete works, and foundations

Ensuring compliance with project specs and as-built records

Directing external works such as kerbing, paving, roadworks, and surfacing.

Salary €75,000 with car/allowance pension etc
