Facade Manager – Waterford

Our client is a national construction company

They wish to appoint an experienced Facade Manager who will then progress to Fitout Manager for large building project in County Waterford

Support the PM with daily operations as required.

Ensure coordination of façade elements across various subcontract packages and oversight of the detailed interface such as curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, and glazing.

Plan and program the overall façade construction programme.

Manage technical submittals, tracking sing off and BCAR approvals process for the façade scope.

Previous experience in managing facades projects with a proven track record.

Tier One or large-scale building experience preferred

Strong and effective sub-contractor management skills.

Salary to €95K with full package including car/allowance, pension, VHI, bonus etc
