Job Description
Our Client is both developer & contractor
They are looking to appoint a Senior Engineer €50M mixed residential D&B project in Kilternan, both apartments & housing. You will lead on-site technical activities, ensuring project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 5+ years of experience, specializing in setting out, quality control, subcontractor coordination, Liase with Design team, prepare and review technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
This position will not entail setting out
Your team will consist of 2 setting out engineers reporting to PM
Defined career path towards Project Manager within 18mths
Salary to €85K with 15% bonus + car/allowance and full package
