Senior Site Manager – Waterford
Job Description
Our client is a national construction company
They wish to appoint a Senior Site Manager for large commercial project in Waterford
You will be primarily responsible for taking the project from structure thru to completion
Such as insulated render, stone cladding, roof finishes, scaffolding, windows, groundworks, gabions, landscaping, footpaths, railings, teleporter, cranes, labourers, daily diary, etc.
Previous main contracting with relevant experience required
This position is based in south east permanently
Salary to €100K with 10% pension, company car/allowance etc
