Our client is both developer & contractor
They wish to appoint a Project Manager to oversee €55M residential scheme in South County Dublin – 100 houses + 100 apartments, 2-3yr program
Previous residential experience with either Main Contractor or Developer is essential
Reporting to Contracts Manager you will drive the execution, schedule, and deliverables for this project
Typically €135K – €160K with full package
