Our client is both developer & contractor
They wish to appoint Senior QS / Project QS for upcoming building project in Ennis
Mixed use residential civic
Program 2.5-3yrs
Value €35M
Site based with option WFH 1 day p/w
Either main contracting or development background you will have large-scale building and/or residential experience. You will assume full commercial responsibility, manage financial and contractual aspects of project to minimize costs, maximize value, and ensure budgetary compliance from inception to completion. You will mentor and bring along Jr QS with 2yrs exp. All in circa €110K (to be negotiated) with full package
