Our Client is both developer contractor
They wish to appoint either Senior PM or Contracts Manager to oversee €40M mixed used development in North Dublin
Preferably engineering background with 10yrs post graduate experience
Having delivered building projects €25M+
With either Developer or Contractor
Remuneration to €150K (to be negotiated directly) with full package incl VHI 8% Pension EV etc
