Job Description
Our client is an international construction company
They’re looking to appoint experienced Site Manager to oversee three separate projects on one site outside Blackrock Dublin 4 off M11 – approximate value €15M
Projects include
Manage civils contractor – delivery to program
Manage infrastructure contractor – delivery to program
Manage fitout contractor – delivery to program
Working with PM & Engineers on site
Available on permanent basis €100K+ annually with package or circa €600 daily rate
Minimum €150M projects secured in South County Dublin 2026 – 2028
