Job Description

Our client is an Irish Developer + Main Contractor

They wish to appoint Contracts Manager to oversee €50M residential development in Carrickmines due to commence April / May

Site based 2-year program both apartments housing your team will consist of PM, SM FF, Sr + Site Engineers, Sr + Inter QS

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing similar projects, strong knowledge of groundworks and residential builds, with relevant qualification

Ensure subcontractors and service partners deliver services to required standards, maintaining governance, value for money, and alignment with company values, culture, and expectations.
Oversee compliance with all statutory, client, and company policies, including QSHE processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the escalation point for performance issues etc
Lead and develop team members through effective onboarding, performance reviews, training, and talent development to foster a high-performing culture.
Lead on programming, resourcing and overall project planning

€130,000 – €160,000 with package
