Pre-Construction Manager Limerick

Our client an international construction company wish to hire Pre-Construction Manager

You’ll join a well-established business known for delivering award-winning building projects maintaining a strong reputation for quality, integrity and innovation.
The company operates a flat structure that empowers senior staff and values accountability, collaboration and autonomy.

This is a senior pre-contract position offering significant influence across the business, working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure every project is both buildable and commercially sound.

Coming from site-based Project / Contracts Management background you will review tender drawings, attend client site visits, advise how to build each project, work with Project Planners to develop tender and pre-construction programmes

Work closely with design, commercial and operational teams to develop robust, logic-linked programmes that are realistic, buildable and delivery focused.

You will take ownership of construction programmes / building methodologies across tender, ensuring programme logic, sequencing and methodology are aligned with design development and delivery strategy.

Only a basic knowledge of Planning software is required – there’s dedicated Planning Team in place

Good working knowledge of Building Regulations, Planning, and Building Control requirements

Review and advise on contract terms, ensuring commercial protection for the business.

Proven experience in a senior pre-contract / contracts management / technical role within a design & build or commercial building company
Confident communicator and capable leader with a collaborative approach
Ability to influence at board level and drive process excellence

This is a key role shaping projects from tender through to delivery

Influence across engineering, design, operations & construction teams

For the right candidate this position is available on full time / part time / hybrid basis

Package includes:
