Our Client is a Tier One Main Contractor
They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee €35M mixed commercial project in Phibsborough. The project is unusual – part new build restoration refurbishment fit out.
PM with design build background – you will be working closely with design teams and specialist subcontractors as well as the usual. Part of the project is very intricate, detailed design, one-off build, standalone site
Your team will consist of Site Manager, Restoration Manager, Finishing Manager, Engineers, QS etc reporting to Contracts Manager
Defined career path towards Contracts Manager within 18mths
