PM – 5 projects (mixture) 40-week contract – UCD

Our client is an international contractor
They wish to appoint a Project Manager to oversee 5 building & civil projects including modular, fitout, refurb, interconnecting road, some new build some live active site in Sandymount Dublin 4
You will have Site Managers & Sr Engineers reporting along with rest site teams
Projects vary in size from €1.5M+ €8M – combined value approx. €25M
You will need to have thorough understanding Design process, managing the Design Team & Architect, managing the client, technical submittals, RFIs etc
You will report to Regional Director
The program is 40 weeks
Start Jan 2026
Ideally 10yrs post graduate experience working with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers having successfully delivered multi-sector building projects
This is a either fixed term contract position or permanent with defined career progression, that choice is yours
Salary €150K(incl profit share) with package
