Senior Fitout Site Manager – Health/Medical – South Co Dublin

Our client is an international construction company
They wish to appoint a seasoned Site Manager to oversee a part new build & extensive refurbishment of medical facility in South Co Dublin
12 month program with additional works there due to come on stream
Taken back to brick full refurb incl. M&E, science labs, waiting rooms, ceiling and wall fittings, doors and glass installations all meticulously engineered to ensure precision and reliability, meeting the highest standards ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry regulations. Emphasis upon technical facilities and provision of specific healthcare materials, which need to be incorporated alongside other elements of function and design.
Previous healthcare / medical / hospital fitout experience desirable

Salary to €110K with full package
