Site Manager Healthcare Dublin – Fit out

Our client is an international construction company
They have a requirement for a seasoned Site Manager to join the site team
Large scale healthcare project with 12 mth program – fit out
Ideally you will have Main Contracting background with Tier 1 Main Contractors or specific healthcare / hospital fitout experience

2no Theatre’s; Numerous Treatment Rooms; Recovery Rooms, Sterile Rooms; Conference Rooms; Staff Rooms; Administration Rooms; etc.

Basement plus two floors; minor structural works; very detailed fit out; significant M&E&V works; extensive Mock Up Rooms for all items; live campus
Salary c€80,000 with up to 15% bonus plus car allowance etc
