Senior Design Manager Dublin

Our client is an established construction company building medium and large-scale projects throughout Ireland
Young dynamic innovative award-winning and sustainable Contractor they have built many key public & private projects nationally i.e. primary & secondary schools, third level campus buildings, pharmaceutical, low & high density residential, hotels, manufacturing facilities, life sciences, commercial, utilities, high-tec, healthcare and primary care centres etc
They have requirement for Senior Design Manager in Dublin
Both office & site based with hybrid if required

Suitably qualified with demonstrable track record in large-scale building projects, design & build, high-density residential etc
Main Contracting or Developer background preferred
Candidates coming from Design Consulting will also be considered
Drivers licence

Salary negotiable up to €100K typically with company car, fuel card, pension, insurance and project-related profitability bonuses
