Job Description
Our client is an established Developer with ongoing projects in South County Dublin
They have an immediate requirement for experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee completion of high-end development in Dalkey. The project itself is reasonably small – consists detached, terraced & apartments.
Preferably trade background with previous residential experience essential
Working alongside Site Manager reporting to visiting Contracts Manager
Salary depending on experience typically €70,000 – €75,000 with transport package etc
Continuity of employment in South County Dublin
