Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

Job Description
Client:
Our client a Tier 1 Building & Civil Engineering Main Contractor are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for large scale building projects in Dublin.
Hybrid work from home is available.

Responsibilities:
Manage one or possibly multiple projects depending on scale & scope
Deliver commercial requirements of the project
Manage he preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages
Manage team Site based QS’s.
Work alongside Project & Contracts Manager
Oversee the preparation of valuations and final accounts.
Prepare and present monthly job cost analysis data
Pay regular visits to site

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma qualified with 7+ yrs Tier 1 Contracting experience
Large scale building project experience preferred
MRICS would be advantageous.
