Senior Quantity Surveyor – Galway

Newly created position for newly created Regional Tier 1 Contractor

Unique opportunity has arisen to assume the lead regional commercial role with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to be based permanently in Galway reporting to Commercial Director in Dublin
The catchment area is west of Athlone up to Sligo and down to Clare
Newly established region current order book circa €25M

As the region grows you will have responsibility for growing your team accordingly
As it stands there’s 2 Intermediate QSs who will assist for the time being (not based fulltime in Galway)

Looking for Degree qualified QS with between 7-10 yrs Main Contracting background with different sector exposure
Responsible for recruitment & team management
Who harbours ambition to become Regional Surveyor €50M+ t/o working alongside the Regional Director
Business development & liasing with Estimating Director
From Galway or surrounds
Driving licence
