Work from Home – Project / Contracts Manager (hotel)

Our client is an established Building & Civil Engineering Contractor
They also undertake spec development in residential commercial sectors
They will be going to site with 100+ br 4 star hotel in Dublin 18-24 mth program
We are looking for a Project / Contracts Manager to oversee this project to completion
This position can be either office based west of the M50 or work from home whichever suits best
Its envisaged you will spend 1 day p/w on site as & when required
There is a site team in place – you will report to the Construction Director
Its essential you have built at least one hotel from preconstruction to handover with either recognised main contractor or developer
Duties include:
Procurement, develop the construction program, ensure delivery of completed project on time, assist in the management of sub-contractor packages on site, provide value engineering, maintain compliance with HSEQ etc

Salary €80K – €100K with full package
