Site Manager – Middleton

Opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a National Tier 1 Contractor for new build commercial project in Middleton Co Cork
As one of Irelands leading Building Contractors they pride themselves on reputation for delivering high quality projects in the fields of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Educational and Fitout with range from €2M to north of €100M

Full project cycle experience from greenfield / brownfield to handover
Varied sector experience preferable – new build medium to large residential / commercial to pharma / fitout
Trade or degree qualified coming from contracting background on medium to large-scale projects
5+ yrs Site Management experience
Provide clear leadership and direction to site teams
Collaborate with PM / CM / QS on programme, planning, equipment, materials, schedules etc
Quality Management, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Method Statements etc
Sub-contractor management & coordination

Salary €70K – €80K + transport + package
