Established developer are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 2yr high
end residential project in Killiney / Dalkey
The project is due to commence Feb 2023
Consists of 3 storey block 23 apartments with R.C. basement car park
Rock excavation for the basement
Two terraces of houses – 13 units in total
Completion date July 2024
Our client has successfully completed hundreds of residential units
primarily on Southside city & South Co Dublin
Reporting to on-site Project Manager
€75K + bonus + jeep + package
