Opportunity has arisen for an Site Manager – Fit Out to join a National Tier 1 Contractor for new build commercial project in Carlow.

As one of Irelands leading Building Contractors they pride themselves on reputation for delivering high quality projects in the fields of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Educational and Fitout with range from €2M to north of €100M
They have a significant pipeline of upcoming work in the South East ensuring continuity & development

Varied sector experience preferable – new build medium to large residential / commercial to pharma / fitout
Trade or degree qualified coming from contracting background on medium to large-scale projects
5+ yrs Site Management experience – strong fit out experience essential
Provide clear leadership and direction to site teams
Collaborate with PM / CM / QS on programme, planning, equipment, materials, schedules etc
Quality Management, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Method Statements etc
Sub-contractor management & coordination

Salary €65K – €75K + transport + bonus + package
