Site Manager – Athlone

Opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager with Civil & Build experience to join a National Building & Civil Engineering Contractor for industrial / pharmaceutical 1yr project in Athlone
As one of Irelands leading Contractors they pride themselves on reputation for delivering high quality projects in the fields of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Educational, Fitout & Civil Engineering with range from €2M to north of €100M

Full project cycle experience from greenfield / brownfield to handover
Varied sector experience preferable to include civil + new build medium to large residential / commercial to pharma / fitout
Trade or degree qualified coming from contracting background on medium to large-scale projects
5+ yrs Site Management experience
Provide clear leadership and direction to site teams
Collaborate with PM / CM / QS on programme, planning, equipment, materials, schedules etc
Quality Management, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Method Statements etc
Sub-contractor management & coordination

Salary negotiable with pension bonus transport + package
